On July 9, 2021, a virtual meeting was held as part of PICASP- Khazar University’s partner project. The event was attended by members of the Khazar University Development Center, members of the society Miras and YOCOCU Association from Azerbaijan, and representatives from the project's partner countries.

The main purpose of the event was to discuss "European experience in the restoration and protection of cultural heritage in Azerbaijan - the experience of MIRAS & YOCOCU".

The meeting started with the greeting of the project coordinator, the representative of the University of Ud’A in Italy (Università degli Studi G. d’Annunzio di Chieti-Pescara) and an employee of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Maleyka Huseynova. Afterwards, Andrea Macchia, President of the YOCOCU Association, spoke about the MIRAS & YOCOCU experience.

The meeting was also attended by the representative of the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Reserve Directors of the Ministry of Culture.
