On June 28, 2021, Azertac published news on the meeting held with students acquired the right to study abroad for doctorate degree.

The news says candidates who successfully passed the competition to be involved in pedagogical activities at Khazar University after completing their studies abroad within the framework of the “State Program to Increase the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023” will study at universities in the United States, the United Kingdom and Turkey.
