Isakhan Isakhanli, Khazar University’s Vice Rector for Administration and Student Affairs, responded to the inquiry: “Every university desires the teaching to be restored as before.It depends on the epidemiological situation in the next 3 months. If this tendency continues, we think that traditional education will be restored in September. At present, as in the previous semester, the exams are underway, the assessment is carried out in a standard way. Of course, due to the pandemic, we try to make decisions in favor of students.”
