On April 30, 2021, the next virtual research seminar was organized by the Khazar University Teaching and Learning Center. In the seminar for master's, doctoral students, academic staff and researchers, a staff member of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, Dr. Josefina Blazsani-Batto made a presentation entitled “The ethics of teaching or what does it mean to be a professional teacher”.

Dr. Blazsani-Batto briefed the participants on international pedagogical ethics and the factors that are important for becoming a professional teacher. The speaker noted that in addition to developing interactive lessons that meet the academic needs of students, the teacher must also have good judgment skills and a professional ethical relationship with students. Teachers must always ensure that their interactions with students are professional for both teachers and students.

Welcoming the presentation with great interest, in the end the participants asked Dr. Blazsani-Batto questions related to the topic.

It should be noted that the event was attended by students and staff of Khazar University, as well as participants from other universities in Azerbaijan, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
