On March 31, 2021, the next virtual research seminar was held for master, doctoral students, academic staff, and researchers by the Khazar University Teaching and Learning Center. The seminar was about “Program Accreditation: Opportunities for University Change” presented by Dr. Jose Miguel Carot, staff member of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) Dr. Carot touched upon important issues related to quality assurance and accreditation of universities, and talked about the importance of activities to be done on those fields at universities.

The seminar was attended by Khazar University staff and students, as well as staff from other local universities.

The seminar was concluded by the questions and discussions.
