On February 23, 2021, Khazar University and Middlesex University have organized the third in a series of webinars within British Council’s Creative Spark project. Aygun Gardiner was the guest speaker of the third seminar entitled Women in Entrepreneurship: Challenges and Opportunities.

Noted that, Ms.Aygun Gardiner is the Founder and Director of Diverse School Travel, a specialist Educational Travel company, based in the UK.

The event commenced with a greeting of Director of Development of Khazar University, Ms. Raziya Isayeva. She spoke about the purpose and importance of a series of seminars held within the Creative Spark project. Then Ms.Aygun Gardiner greeted everyone. In her presentation, she spoke about her successful career advancement and the challenges she faced along the way. Ms. Aygun Gardiner shared her experience on what one need to pay attention and how to choose the right field to be a successful entrepreneur.

Further on, the floor was given to Dr. George Dafoulos, the professor of Middlesex University. He emphasized the benefits of these seminars and thanked Khazar University.

In the end, Aygun Gardiner answered the questions addressed to her.

The seminar was attended by students and staff from Khazar University, Middlesex University in UK, Ganja State University, and Sumgayit State University.
