On December 2, 2020, an online seminar on "Standardization of psychological tests” under the organization of Nilufar Alizadeh, a lecturer and doctoral student in the Department of Psychology at Khazar University was conducted by Prof.Dr. Adnan Kan, a specialist in the creation and design of psychological tests. Note that Prof.Dr. Adnan Kan is the coordinator of the Measurement and Evaluation Center of Gazi University (Turkey), works as a specialist and reviewer in institutions such as the Student Selection and Placement Center, Yunus Emre Institute, and the Ministry of National Education.

In addition to Khazar University students, other university students and psychologists attended the seminar, which was attended by more than 60 participants. Prof.Dr. Adnan Kan answered the questions of the participants about the possible problems in the implementation of tests in Azerbaijan and suggested solutions. Participants praised these workshops, which have become a tradition at Khazar University's Department of Psychology.
