According to the Agreement between Leyla Shikhlinskaya Clinic and Khazar University, doctors of the clinic monthly deliver lectures and seminars on harmful habits, reproductive health and sexual education among students. Alongside raising awareness about sexual maturity, sexually transmitted diseases, personal hygiene rules, and harmful habits, during the seminars and lectures the information was provided on one of the factors that adversely affects the physical and spiritual health of youth – the problem of drug addiction, which is the concern for the whole world. It is being elucidated to students that drug addiction is a thorny issue for the state and society, and that besides work done by state organs, the joint efforts by public organizations, including non-governmental organizations, can be effective in combating this problem.
