On November 13, 2019, Dr. Hassan Niknafs, Khazar University Dean of the School of Science and Engineering met with the members of the team, consisted of the Faculty Students, who represented our country at the World Robot Olympiad held in Hungary on November 7-11. Dr. Hassan Niknafs congratulated the students on their achievements, wished them further success and presented gifts on behalf of the faculty.

It is worth mentioning that at the end of the four-day competition in Hungary, a team of students from the School of Science and Engineering consisting of Tamerlan Abdullayev, Tugay Abdullazade and Samad Jabbarli, succeeded in holding 33^rd place among 83 teams, surpassing United States of America, South Korea, India, Thailand, China, countries well-known for innovations in robotics. The team was led by Emin Bayramov, a fourth-year student majoring in Computer Engineering.

The meeting was also attended by first-year students of the School of Science and Engineering majoring in Computer Engineering and Computer Science. During the meeting, Emin Bayramov, who led the competition team, shared his impressions on the competition and answered the students' questions.
