From September 10 to 13, 2019, Dr. Seval Özbalcı, the faculty member of the University of Manisa Celal Bayar, visited Khazar University Library and Information Center under the Erasmus + Staff Mobility program. During this time, Dr. Özbalcı was acquainted with the principles, resources and services of the Library and Information Center. Following that, discussions were held on the similarities and differences between the two university libraries. It is planned to continue cooperation and exchange information resources between the two academic libraries in the future.
