On July 16, 2019 a Training-Conference on “PR in Higher Education Institutions: the Proper Organization of the Structure and Work with Media, Target Audiences” was held at Baku State University, co-organized by the Ministry of Education and BSU. The event was attended by the heads of press services of the higher education institutions and invited journalists. Khazar University was represented by Alirza Balayev, the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the “Khazar Review” Journal, honored journalist.

The Training-Conference was opened by Elchin Babayev, the Rector of BSU, who delivered an extensive talk on the importance of the event. Following that, the event continued with the moderatorship of Jasarat Valehov, the Head of the Press Service of the Ministry of Education, thus presentations and speeches were listened out and discussions were held. At the end, the recommendations were made on the topic.
