On March 29, 2019, Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, and Nailakhanim Isayeva, Adviser to the Board, took part in the concert program of the International Music Festival in Makhachkala city, Dagestan Republic (Russian Federation), upon the invitation of Murad Kajlayev, Honored Artist of the USSR, composer, conductor, pianist and pedagogue, one of the founders of Dagestan's professional music.

During the Concert, the soprano Albina Hripkova accompanied by the symphonic orchestra performed compositions of Murad Kajlayev, who set 6 poems by Hamlet Isakhanli to music. It is worth noting that two compiled books of compositions were presented during the concert program.
