On March 28, 2019 the Scientific-Practical Conference on “Turkey-Azerbaijan: Ways of Joint Development of Education” was held by EURIE (Eurasian Union of the Universities). Opening the Conference, Mustafa Aydin, the Founder of the Istanbul Aydin University, the President of EURIE, spoke about the relations between the Universities of Turkey and Azerbaijan and future challenges to face. At the conference Musa Gasimli, Elman Nasirov, Jala Aliyeva, the MPs, Mustafa Babanli, Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, Elmar Gasimov, Rector of Baku Higher Oil School, Professor Ahmed Valiyev, Rector of “Odlar Yurdu” University, Associate Professor Irada Khalilova, Acting Rector of Khazar University Rector and others delivered talks about the current state of the Azerbaijani universities.

At the end of the Conference, a dinner was hosted in honor of the guests.
