On March 13, 2019, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director for Public Relations and Media and Imdat Avsar, Turkish poet-writer visited the Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University. Rector of the University, Professor Mazhar Bagli cordially welcomed the guests and gave information about the University. H.Isakhanli spoke about the establishment of Khazar University and its activities and presented memorable gifts to the Rector. Rector of the Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University in his turn handed in a gift and courtesies to Hamlet Isakhanli. He also organized a dinner in honor of the guests from Baku.

Contracts were signed by the officials from both Universities.
