The “Club of Artistic Recitation” organized by Khazar University’s Department of English Language and Literature started its work on 28th of February, under the leadership of the department's head instructor Firangiz Nasirova. The Sessions are attended by bachelor and master students, employees and guests.

In an opening statement of the training session Firangiz Nasirova talked about the importance and features of artistic recitation. Bahman Amani, Head of English Language and Literature Department, Milana Abbasova, department teacher, Valida Karimova, Vice-dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, Shahin Isayev, Manager of Repair and Construction Office, and others recited poems in Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Persian languages. The students performed Shakespeare's sonnets in English.

The event was also attended by Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director for Public Relations and Media at the University.
