On March 7, 2019, Daniel Putik, Deputy Head of Mission on Political, Cultural and Press Agenda of the Embassy of Czech Republic in Baku, met with the students at the Khazar University. Mr. Putik was invited by the European Union Studies Center. Baba Bayramli, Center’s Director warmly welcomed the guest and gave information on the goals and objectives of the European Union Studies Center, which was established under the EU Tempus project. Expressing his gratitude for the invitation, Czech Mission diplomat delivered a lecture on “Czech Republic's role in the European Union and the Relations Between the Czech Republic and Azerbaijan ".

The students who actively participated in the meeting addressed their questions to Daniel Putik. Following the interactive discussion, Daniel Putik and Baba Bayramli discussed the opportunities of cooperation between the Embassy of Czech Republic in Azerbaijan and Khazar University.
