On February 24, the subsequent seminar coorganized by the School of Economics and Management of Khazar University and National Accountants Forum took place. Prominent experts in the field of accountancy delivered talks in this seminar same as before.

Dr. Ruslan Atakishiyev, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, in his opening statement provided the participants with information on operational principle of the Forum and the aim of organizing the event. Dr.Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, greeted seminar participants and gave information on activities of the Khazar University in the field of science and education and accountancy teaching.

Within the framework of the seminar the following talks were delivered by the following experts: “Methods of documentation of incorporation, evaluation, official registration, write-off of unlicensed goods (capital assets, feedstock and materials, goods and other tangible items purchased without documentation and not registered officially) and problem resolution” by Mehdi Babayev, Director of Baku Report Center; “Calculation of current (quarterly) profit tax and income tax payments, as well as drafting and filing notes on current tax amount, problem resolution” by Radil Fatullayev, Vice-president of the Center for Economic Research and Training; Banking experts from the AccessBank delivered speech on topics of difficulties arising from import-export and other foreign currency operations and ways of resolution, issues related to import-export operations, drafting contracts, advance payments, intermediary services, payments for the benefit of third parties, transactions in connection with foreign loans and other debt obligations, state regulation of foreign currency operations.

Afterwards, participants had a chance to get answers to their questions and topics were extensively discussed
