On February 20, 2019, Mevlana Open Door session was held at Khazar University International Office. Khazar University students who have just completed their exchange semester in Turkey and Khazar’s current Mevlana exchange students from Turkey shared their experiences with other students participating in the session. They also answered questions of their peers about studying in Turkey and Turkish Universities.
Aytaj Agayeva (BA in Accounting and Audit), Danu Ade Setiawan (MBA in Banking), and Maryam Adli (MBA) have studied in Turkey within Mevlana Exchange Program and are now back to Khazar to continue their studies. They gave the students useful tips about living in Turkey and adapting to the life there. They also explained differences between the studies here and in Turkey.
Ihsaniye Yildirim (BA in International Relations) and Aysenur Kurt (BBA) are Khazar’s current exchange students from Selcuk University and they shared their knowledge about their home country with students who are planning to apply through Mevlana this year. They also expressed their opinions about living in Azerbaijan and studying at Khazar University.
As a result of the session students received useful and practical information about Mevlana exchange program and studying in Turkey.
