On February 14, 2019, the next meeting of Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a state body entitled to certify highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in the country, was held. PhD in Philology Gatiba Guliyeva and PhD in Philology Khatira Yusifova, instructors at the Department of Languages and Literature of Khazar University, were presented with Diploma of Assoc. Prof., respectively on specialties of "Turkish Languages" and "Azerbaijan Literature".
