On February 9, 2019, under the guidance of Kamran Behbudov and Gahraman Yusupov, Instructors of the Department of Economy and Management, students of Tourism and Hotel Management were on a tour to the north of the country. During the tour, the students visited Guba and Gusar, touristy regions of Azerbaijan.

In Guba, the students paid a visit to Guba History and Ethnography Museum, Gumbazli Bath and other historical and prominent places.

Throughout the tour, instructors and museum guides gave students information about the history and well-known people of Guba, carpets, as well as ancient pottery containers and pieces of art reflecting the history of Guba.

In the second part of the tour, students, with teachers, visited the Shahdag Tourism Center in Gusar and got familiar with the activities of the Shahdag tourist complex operating as a winter tourist attraction.

Also during the tour, the participants took part in many interesting competitions and entertainments.

As part of the 2nd round of the tour, a trip to Tufandagh is planned.
