On February 8, 2019, presentation of the collection of "Operators, Functions, and Systems of Mathematical Physics Conference", consisting of proceedings of an international conference "Operators, Functions and Systems of Mathematical Physics" dedicated to 70th anniversary of Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was held at "Marble" hall at Khazar University.

The presentation started with a short concert program by the Department of Music and Art of the University.

PhD in mathematics Ali Huseynli, Head of the Department of Math, delivered an opening speech and emphasized positive outcomes of the conference held on May 21 and 24, 2018, and remarked letters of gratitude to Khazar University after the conference. He mentioned that the collection contains reports by about 80 prominent scholars, researchers and experts from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Germany, France, Spain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Austria, Finland, USA, Italy, England, United Arab Emirates and Sweden. He also added that this collection differs from the others in some ways.

An article titled "Hamlet Isakhanli (Isayev): An essay about his life and creativity", in English and Russian was included in the collection. Moreover, many photos reflecting Prof.Hamlet Isakhanli's life and creativity were also included in the collection.

Misir Mardanov, a corresponding member of ANAS and Director of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics; Prof.Araz Aliyev, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Head of the Department of General and Applied Mechanics of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University; and Prof. Ali Ahmadov, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Head of Department of Functions and Functional Analysis of Baku State University, delivered speeches underlined the importance of the collection and praised Prof.Hamlet Isakhanli as a mathematician scientist, and appreciated his career in science and literature.

At the end, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, said that it was relevant this conference was held every year. He added that the next conference would be held on June 10-14, 2019, at the Conference and Recreation Center of Khazar University in Buzovna. He expressed his thanks to those who contributed to the preparation of the collection.
