On February 6 and 9, 2019, the 22^nd Eurasian Economic Summit of the Marmara Group Social and Research Foundation was held in Istanbul, Turkey. The Summit was attended by about 500 representatives from 40 countries, 10 Presidents of various countries, Prime Ministers of 16 countries, ministers and deputy ministers from 21 countries, religious leaders and scientists. Alovsat Amirbayli, Director for Public Relations and Media at Khazar University, was officially invited to the Summit. An official opening ceremony was held on the first day of the Summit. The congratulation messages were read out on behalf of the heads of states of different countries.

The second day of the Summit was devoted to "22 years of peace and dialogue". Alovsat Amirbayli, Director for Public Relations and Media at Khazar University, was elected as a member of Secretariat.

On the last day of the Summit, an official reception was held in honour of the guests. The art masters invited from Azerbaijan performed a great concert program at the reception.
