A voluminous collection of proceedings of an international conference, held on May 21-24, 2018, “Operators, Functions, and Systems of Mathematical Physics”, dedicated to 70^th anniversary of Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was published at Khazar University Press.

The collection contains reports by about 80 prominent scholars, researchers and experts from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Germany, France, Spain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Austria, Finland, USA, Italy, England, United Arab Emirates and Sweden.

An article entitled "Hamlet Isakhanli (Isayev): An essay about his life and creativity", in English and Russian, co-authored by Prof.Boris Mityagin, Misir Mardanov, a corresponding member of ANAS, and Isakhan Isakhanli, Vice-rector for Administration and Student Affairs of Khazar University, was also included in the collection. The essay also contains main scientific and literary works of Hamlet Isakhanli.

Moreover, many photos reflecting Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli's life and conference were also included in the collection.

The collection was exquisitely published.
