It should be noted that Khazar University has been the only university in Azerbaijan participating in the P2P Facebook Global Digital Challenge for the past 2 years. Khazar University’s involvement in the challenge has been quite successful. The very first time we got involved in the challenge, our Team “Imagine” took the 3rd place among numerous teams representing a wide geography. Participation in this Global Challenge since the very beginning has been jointly coordinated by the International Affairs Office and the School of Economics and Management.
Peer-to-Peer Facebook Global Digital Challenge is a global competition that provides hands-on experiential learning opportunities to students who work together on tackling real problems. Student teams organized by each university create an online marketing campaign that aims at challenging extremism in its various forms. Each team receives a real budget to produce and carry out an online campaign that has measurable results.
