On December 26, 2018, Farid Huseyn, a poet-essayist, had a meeting at Khazar University. Ilknur Yurdanur, a translator and Director of “Zəkioğlu” publishing house, and Mirmehdi Aghaoghlu, a writer, participated in the meeting. The meeting was organized by Gardashkhan Azizkhanli, instructor of the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature, who delivered a speech and expressed his satisfaction for a second meeting with the poet.

Zeynab Baghirova, a student, made a speech about life and creativity of Boris Pasternak, a Nobel laureate. Then Ilknur Yurdanur, a translator and Director of “Zəkioğlu” publishing house, recited poems by Farid Huseyn. Later Farid Huseyn delivered a lecture “Majnuns and Leyli”.

After the lecture, Mirmehdi Aghaoghlu made a speech and shared his impressions about the meeting.
