An article entitled “Current state of application of information and communication technologies in higher education institutions in Azerbaijan” by Ulkar Bayramova, Director of the Center for Training of Khazar University was published in December, 2018, in “Transaction of Pedagogical University”, volume 66, issue 4 of Mathematics and Natural Sciences series, a journal of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. The article is co-authored by Assoc.Prof. Gahira Mammadova, Instructor of Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University. The article deals with the application of ICT in education, online education in higher education institutions and the use of online education platform. The article also discusses the findings of a survey.
