Please accept my gratitude and satisfaction for a special concert of Chamber Orchestra of Khazar University held for the employees of State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Mobilization and Conscription, on December 21, in Conference-Concert Center named after Fikrat Amirov.

With their family members, military personnel and civil servants of the State Service attended the concert program, the art director of which was Prof. Zulfiyya Sadigova, was noteworthy in terms of form, content and rich repertoire and was a great contribution to the leisure activity of the staff of the State Service. Spectators welcomed professional performance of the Orchestra and soloists.
