On December 27, 2018, Assoc. Prof. Khatira Yusifova, instructor of the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature of Khazar University, conducted a lesson of Ancient Alphabet with a topic “Getting familiar with manuscript samples” in Exposition hall of the Institute of Manuscripts, ANAS. Students got familiar with valuable manuscripts in Turkish, Arabic and Persian languages dedicated to countries and peoples of the Near East and the Middle East and North Africa. Moreover, the students got familiar with personal documents of prominent figures of science and culture who lived in XIX-XX centuries, old printed books, newspapers and journals.
