On December 20, 2018, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, met with Teoman Tiryaki, Head of TIKA Baku Office. Giving detailed information about Khazar University, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli presented Mr. Teoman with a book “In Search of Khazar” dedicated to the history of Khazar University. Issues of mutual interests for parties were discussed during the meeting. Head of TIKA Baku Office promised to visit Khazar University soon with Turkish businessmen. Alovsat Amirbayli, Head of Public Relations and Media, also participated in the meeting.
