On November 20, 2018, research workshop and seminar organized by Khazar Research Support Centre took place at Khazar University.

Invited speaker Nadeem Fazal, a professor of Chicago State University, talked about “Making Sense of a Scientific Paper - The Art of Reading Science”. The seminar was continued by a workshop where Prof. Fazal talked with each student on critical evaluation of their selected article and gave them practical recommendations. Also, he talked about effective ways of online searching for the scientific papers.

Further information on Khazar university library, including online databases and eBooks was given by Aytaj Misgarli, Deputy Director of Library Information Center, and Samira Orujova, Head of Cataloging Department.
