On November 22-23, 2018, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, CIS Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Foundation and United Nuclear Research Institute co-organized an international scientific seminar entitled “Physics and Lyrics: world experience and reality of science and literature in the CIS countries” in Dubna scientific campus, Moscow province.

Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, also participated in the seminar. On the first day of the seminar, Prof. Isakhanli delivered a speech on his thesis “Mathematics and Lyrics”. In the framework of seminar, Prof. Isakhanli attended meetings with academician Viktor Matveev, the director of United Nuclear Research Institute; Sorin Aleksandr Savelyevich, the Senior Scientific Secretary; Marina Tumanova, Advisor to the Board of Directors; and several other officials. Additionally, he gave speeches on “Nature sciences: World, Russia, Azerbaijan” and “Lyrics: World, Russia, Azerbaijan”. During the trip, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli paid a visit to the experimental base of UNRI and got to meet with Azerbaijani scientists and PhD students of the institute.
