International students of Khazar University gave interviews for the “Student’s World” TV show, which is broadcast on national TV channel, AzTV. Ali Mohamed from Mauritania, Tendai Samantha Shereni from Zimbabwe, Sergio Omar Saca Quispe and Lewis Omar Andrade Bravo from Ecuador shared their experiences in Azerbaijan and Khazar University with the larger audience, expressing their impressions about their life and studies here.
Ali Mohamed is a Master student of Khazar University studying International Relations. He is a grantee of the “Educational Grant Programme for the Citizens of the Member Countries of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation” administered by AIDA (Azerbaijan International Development Agency) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic. The scholarship covers tuition fees as well as living, transport, and medical expenses. Sergio and Louis from Ecuador study Oil and Petroleum Engineering at a Master’s level. They received Khazar University International Scholarship (KUISP), a merit-based scholarship open to all foreign citizens.
Tendai is a 3rd year Bachelor student majoring in International Relations. She is also a recipient of the KUISP. Tendai has travelled extensively in Azerbaijan – she shared her travel impressions in her interview to the program.
