On November 3, 2018, “City Art Azerbaijan” project staff met with project volunteers and experts supported and hosted by Khazar University, a partner of the project. The meeting took place at the downtown campus of Khazar University, in a room equipped with cutting-edge technology. In the meeting, Emin Dadashov, a young researcher and Head of Department of National Museum of History of Azrbaijan, and Nurlana Tahirli, a professional photographer, made presentations about the art of photography, history of photography, its role in Azerbaijan and world history, and current development of photography. Then a discussion was held with teams of volunteers consisting of Khazar University students.

Roza Arazova, Head of the Department of History and Archaeology of Khazar University, Orkhan Zamanov and I.Yusifli, associates of the Department, jointly organized the meeting in which participants had an exchange of views.

The meeting was also attended by an artist S. Musayeva, a member of Management of Board of “City Art Azerbaijan” project; Z.Zeynalov, an architect; and M.Rashidov, a prominent sculptor. A.Mukhtarova, F.Rahimli and I.Hasanzadeh - Khazar University students and young members of the project, immensely contributed to the organization of the meeting.
