On October 30, 2018, on an initiative of Career Center at Khazar University, a training session “From Failure to Success” was held. The speaker Samir Khalilov, a Khazar University graduate, who functions as a motivator, talked about how his failures led him to success. He noted that all the students, regardless of their specialties, have to make their minds on which profession they want to pursue, and added that they should not get discouraged by failure, on the contrary, they need to regard failure as a step towards success.

The workshop was attended by students of the School of Education and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

At the end, a motivational short movie, directed by Samir Khalilov, was demonstrated at Khazar platform for the first time.
