On October 31, 2018, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, received Anar Kazimov, Head of Science Division of the Ministry of Education. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Hassan Niknafs, Rector of the University, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Vice-rector for Research, and Dr. Eldar Shahgeldiyev, Head of the Division for Graduate Students and Research. During the meeting, education and defense of PhD candidates as well as other issues were discussed. The guest became familiar with Nanotechnology and Construction Materials Laboratory and Cell Pathology Research Center at Khazar University and highly appreciated the research works conducted.
