On October 26, 2018, on an organizational initiative of Career Center of Khazar University, a workshop on education in America and visa procedure was held. Christopher Sorensen, Deputy Chair of the Consulate of the United States Embassy to Azerbaijan, informed students about visa application procedure, required documents as well as types of a visa. He also talked about visa denial and its reasons.

Students were also informed about the “Work and Travel” program. The workshop was attended by national and international students of Khazar University.

At the end, the presenter answered students’ questions.
