On October 15, 2018, founder of Khazar University, Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli met with the Head of Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, current issues of the HAC, the quality and defense of dissertations, meaning of scientific titles, and its issuance rules, global experience in these  spheres and other problems were discussed thoroughly.
