On October 11 and 12, 2018, Ulkar Bayramova, Project Manager at the Center for Development of Khazar University, took part in the Steering Committee meeting within PAWER project held in Tajik State University of Commerce (Tajikistan). The aim of the meeting was to discuss project achievements and plans to be implemented. Moreover, the courses of relevant specialties were defined for student exchange program among partner universities within the project and the universities were encouraged to facilitate student exchange programs. Also, the time for the following meeting was appointed, and it was planned to organize a next Steering Committee meeting for the project partners in May 2019 at Khazar University.

Assoc. Prof. Shahin Bayramov, an official of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, also participated in the meeting held in Dushanbe.
