On October 9, 2018, associates of the Department of Oil Engineering of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals - Dr. Shirish Patil, Professor at “Saudi Aramco” company; Dr. Dhafer A.Al-Shehri, Head of the Department; Dr. Sidqi A.Abu-Khamsin, Professor at the Department, met with oil and gas engineering students and graduates of Khazar University. The guests talked about the School of Oil Engineering and Earth Sciences of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and informed the participants about scholarship programs at Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD levels.

At the end, the delegation answered students’ questions about the scholarship program. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Gasham Zeynalov, Head of the Department of Oil Engineering, as well as some associates of the Department.

Then the representatives of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals met with Dr Hassan Niknafs, Rector of Khazar University and discussed a mutual collaboration and other issues.
