On August 28, 2018, a monograph “The History of Azerbaijan in Mujmali Fasihi” by Ulviyya Ibrahimova, Instructor of the Department of History and Archeology, was published. The monograph includes the research on economic and political issues of Azerbaijan in the late XIV century and the early XV century, referring to “Mujmali Fasihi” written by Fasih Khavafi, a Herat historian. While conducting research, “Mujmali Fasihi” was considered as a new source for the study of Azerbaijani history. Moreover, the events that happened in the late XIV century and early the XV century were studied separately for the first time in Azerbaijani history by comparing the data provided by “Mujmali Fasihi” with other relevant sources written in Persian.
