Gulnara Khalilova, Khazar University Instructor, PhD in Art Studies, Director of Azerbaijan National Clothes Center, represented Azerbaijan, by the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the III World Nomad Games and International Ethnoculture Festival held on September 2-8, 2018, in Cholpan-Ata city of Kyrgyzstan.

Participants from 77 countries participated in the world festival. Gulnara Khalilova demonstrated ten samples of Azeri clothes, prepared by herself, in modern style under the name “Turan”. The demonstration of clothes was held in an amphitheatre situated on the coast of Issyk-Kul Lake and evoked participants’ interest.
