On the occasion of the beginning of a new academic year and as a support for the State Strategy on Development of Education in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the I Education Forum of Primary Teachers was held on September 8. On the initiative of "Çinar Yayımları”, the Forum was organized by Executive Power of Nasimi District, Modern Innovation Lyceum and PROAKTİV company. Primary and pre-primary teachers, as well as leading experts, attended the Forum.

As a token of gratitude to teachers with high expertise, the Organization Committee declared the establishment of an award named after Nasib bey Yusifbeyli, the first ministry of education of independent Azerbaijan, and presented 3 teachers with an award.

Jamila Asgarova, Deputy Director for Primary Education of “Dunya” school, was presented with Nasib bey Yusifbeyli award for being a co-author of Math textbooks of state primary education and for her hard work and dedication to developing new coursebooks based on the new curriculum.
