On July 29, 2018, Ulkar Bayramova, a project manager of Khazar University Development Center, conducted a training session on "Electronic Education in Higher Educational Institutions", within PETRA project, at Sumgayit State University. The event was attended by the empoyees of the departments of International Cooperation and Information Technologies, and instructors of various departments. During the training, the trainees were provided with detailed information on electronic education and its possibilities, its application in higher educational institutions and impact on student effectiveness. 

The participants, who listened attentively to the trainer, asked many questions and the session was folowed by discussions around the topic.
