On June 25-29, 2018, Olga Bogdanova, Vice-director of Johan Skytte Institute for Political Studies at University of Tartu, paid an official visit to Khazar University. She met with Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University, and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Dr. Hassan Niknafs, Rector of Khazar University, Irada Khalilova, Vice-rector for Research of Khazar University, Turan Jafarova, Director of International Affairs Office, Baba Bayramov, Director of the Center for European Sciences, Elmar Mustafayev, Coordinator of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, and Rima Mammadova, Project Manager. Mutual cooperation was discussed during the meeting.
