On June 11-14, 2018, the next meeting took place within Erasmus+ “Advocacy Establishment for Students through Ombudsman Position” – AESOP project in the Office of the Austrian Student Ombudsman in Vienna city, Austria. The associates of regional partners of the project - Khazar University, Ganja State University, Nakhchivan State University, Nakhchivan University, Akaki Tsereteli State University (Georgia), Caucasus University (Georgia), Georgian American University, Poltava University of Economics and Trade and Kyiv National Economic University, University of Middlesex of England, Warsaw University of Poland and University of Jyväskylä of Finland participated in the meeting. Rima Mammadova, Project coordinator and Eynur Mehdiyev, vice-chair of the Department of English Language and Literature, represented Khazar University at the meeting.

Rima Mammadova delivered a report on Khazar University performance within the project and talked about the future plans. Josef Leidenfrost, Director of the Office of the Austrian Student Ombudsman, delivered broad information about Austrian education system, Austrian Network of ombudsmen in HE and their performance.

Within the meeting, the participants visited the University of Vienna and became familiar with the Office of Conflict Management and the office of Ombudsman for International Students.
