Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, represented Azerbaijan at the international conference on “Plato’s Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Context” which was held on May 28-30, 2018. The conference was dedicated to the 100^th Anniversary of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) and was organized by the Institute of Classical Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies. On the first day of the conference Prof. Isakhanli delivered his speech on “Platonic Unification of Mathematics and Poetics”.

The international conference was attended by participants from England, Ireland, USA, Canada, Brazil, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Greece, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, India, China and Japan (21 countries).
