On May 14, 2018, at the lesson of “History of Azerbaijan”, Sabuhi Ahmadov, PhD in History and instructor of the Department of History and Archeology, enlightened the students of the Faculty of Education about Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, its role in the history of Azerbaijan, achievements as well as mistakes of Democratic Republic. Students had prepared presentations on the most important issues with regard to Democratic Republic. The followings are the presentations delivered by the students: Fatima Abbaszade "The issue of Azerbaijani language during the period of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic"; Shahla Guliyeva "Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh"; Fargana Alasgarli "Declaration of Independence and the establishment of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic"; Nargiz Nasirova "National and cultural development in the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic"; Zohra Khalilova "Fatali Khan Khoyski"; Gumru Ibrahimli "The collapse of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and the April invasion"; Ilaha Hasanzadeh "The third cabinet of government of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic"; Khanim Dadashova "Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh"; and Zahra Alasgarova "Alimardan bey Topchubashov". Each presentation was made with ppt slides. Moreover, the following abstracts had been prepared by the students: Nigar Shukurova "Gazakh Teachers Seminary"; Nobatkhanim Rustamova "The Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic"; and Zuleykha Aslanova "Development of the army in the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic".
