On April 25, 2018, Dr Telman Guliyev, instructor of the Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University, participated in “Odak noktası” live broadcast of Ülke TV of Turkey. Dr Telman Guliyev talked about the establishment of an Armenian state in the territory of Azerbaijan, massive immigration of Armenians from Iran and the Ottoman Empire to Iravan Khanate after Turkmenchay Treaty in 1828, and immigration of Muslim-Turkish people from their motherland. Moreover, Dr Telman Guliyev talked about massacre committed by Armenian terror organizations against civilians in various regions of Azerbaijan in 1905-1907, and in 1918.
