On April 16-18, 2018, Science and Culture Festival of Caucasus Universities was held in Kafkas University, Kars city, Turkey. Staff members of universities from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan and Dagestan joined the festival. Vurghun Eyyub, Head of the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature, represented Khazar University at the festival. He delivered a congratulatory letter by Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University, and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, to festival participants, and searched for opportunities to widen collaboration with other universities. He succeeded in signing a collaboration agreement between Khazar University and Kafkas University.
