On April 6, 2018, Khazar University conducted a presentation at school N23, one of the leading local secondary schools.
The main aim of the presentation was to provide information about Khazar University, its programs, and resources. A team consisting of five people participated in the presentation: Fuat Rasulov, professor of the School of Economics and Management, Sabina Allahveranova, Manager of Career Center, Ozal Mammadli, HR Coordinator, Turan Jafarova, Director of International Affairs Office, and Tendai Samantha Shereni, an international student from Zimbabwe who is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at Khazar University.
Turan Jafarova started the presentation and provided general information about Khazar University. Prof. Fuat Rasulov spoke about the reasons why high-school students should select Khazar University to continue their studies at a Bachelor’s level. Turan Jafarova took the stage again to speak about the university’s internationalization strategy, exchange programs that the university participates in, double degree and other programs. Tendai Samantha Shereni, the international student from Zimbabwe, shared her experience studying at Khazar, she told students why she decided to come to Azerbaijan and why she chose Khazar and encouraged students to apply.
The presentation ended with a question and answer session. Promotional materials of Khazar University were presented to high-school students.
